The largest gourmet festival in Latin America presented a perfect opportunity to explore the culinary delights of the city, as well as the hospitality and charm of San Antonio. Visit San Antonio, the organization responsible for promoting tourism in the beautiful city of San Antonio, is pleased to announce its participation in Sabores Polanco, Mexico City’s premier gastronomic festival. As the only international destination invited, Visit San Antonio will be represented by Jason Dady, Juan Carlos Bazán, and Gerónimo López, four renowned chefs who are true talents in the city’s culinary scene, all of them members of the prestigious James Beard Foundation.
