Gastronomy as a factor of Tourism Competitiveness for Mexico City

The Ministry of Tourism of Mexico City invited Dr. Benjamín Díaz, President of Ad Nova, together with Germán González, President of Canica and Rodrigo López, Director of Sabores de México to start a dialogue on the importance of gastronomy in the Mexico City in the tourism sector as a key factor of competitiveness.
