Baja California presents its wide gastronomic offer in México

As part of the promotional and training strategies in collaboration with the Baja California Tourism Secretariat, we developed an innovative project called «Baja California Food Truck» to delight the palates of over 300 travel agents.

This project was implemented throughout the year and took place alongside various Baja events in different cities across the country such as Cancun, Guadalajara, Mérida, Monterrey, and Oaxaca. We conducted activations with renowned chefs from the state, who used the Food Truck to prepare a variety of dishes. These tastings not only showcased the richness and diversity of Baja California’s innovative cuisine, but also allowed attendees to experience firsthand the hospitality, wine, beer, and unique flavors of the region. Through these initiatives, we aimed to highlight the culinary, wine, and beer excellence of Baja California and reinforce its positioning as a top gastronomic destination.

After training travel agents from cities such as Cancun, Mexico City, Monterrey, and Guadalajara, we held tastings of iconic dishes.
